[Ultra-small diameter size] PCD tool manufacturing case study
We will propose the optimal tools based on the material being machined and the processing shape.
This is a case study of the production of a PCD tool with an outer diameter of 50μm, ordered by a research institution. Considering factors such as cutting performance and resistance to breakage, we opted for a square prism shape. (Actual tool outer diameter: 48μm) We manufacture optimal micro tools tailored to the workpiece, machining accuracy, and required precision. *Prototyping is possible from just one piece!
